How to contact GoDaddy support?

To contact GoDaddy customer support , you can Livechat (in English or so many languages) or call the support switchboard (in English). 

1. Call the support switchboard

Previously, GoDaddy had  a direct support switchboard in your language. Ex: Vietnamese,  but after a while the deployment stopped working . Now, even if you call the top hotline in Ho Chi Minh City (08) 4458 1371, you will still meet English speaking support, no longer Vietnamese.

2. Livechat Vietnamese

Good news for the Vietnamese market, GoDaddy currently supports Livechat Vietnamese already. You only need to visit the Domain Name Search page , wait for a while to see the  dreamy Chat Now icon appear at the bottom of the screen.

Click on it, you will immediately be connected to a Vietnamese support staff.

If you are using the English interface, you need to switch back to Vietnamese to see this icon. Change language menu at the top left:

Livechat employees usually only answer simple, pre-sales questions. If you want to ask in-depth questions or technical requirements, you may need to contact Livechat in English, select a specific department.

3. Livechat English

If you want to Livechat with GoDaddy support staff in English, or need to handle complex issues, please visit the support page . Look to the bottom will see Chat Now button , now click on it to connect with a support staff.

If the website is displaying Vietnamese, you must change the language to United States - English  in the menu in the GoDaddy home page .

If you do not see the Chat Now button as above, please come back later, maybe the staff is busy or not support time.

Weekends usually do not have many GoDaddy online staff, if you need support, please contact the week. Support is usually online at night.

4. Join GoDaddy Community

GoDaddy has just added another support channel in the form of question and answer forum, called GoDaddy Community. You can post your question on this page:  https://www.godaddy.com/community/ , someone will help you.

Currently this community page I find quite exciting, is also a channel to connect with GoDaddy.
